Using Neural Networks to classify NIRS data

We are cooperating to promote open-source solutions in the fields of telemedicine and population health. In collaboration with professors from University of British columbia, we are developing models to classify NIRS (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) Laser readings and remove the variance and noise introduced by subjects through an Adversarial Network approach

A cloud based pipeline is designed to gather data and train a transformer based model that would compete against an adversarial network to remove subject-specific variances. the model will be deployed on edge devices such as phones.
