What We Have Done

IOT Projects

From drones flying over your parking lot to Roombas taking the inventory of your warehouse while sweeping the floor, we have done quite a number of IoT projects in our time. we have successfully implemented passive and active RFID and IoT projects in multiple domains, from healthcare to movies and entertainment. Just watch the difference between traditional barcode and our RFID solution in the video below:

Machine Learning and AI

A pharmacy chain of 14 locations across the Vancouver Island uses our models to predict when each location will require replenishment of their medication stock.

The sites are equipped with auto-dispensing machines that will report the usage, so we can predict the out-of-stock moment and get ahead of it considering the lead time to get orders, and the delay in reaching the destinations.

After answering the question of ‘when’, we take into account data on weather, traffic, and gas prices to determine the most cost effective route our client has to take.

Searching the human genome is exciting and fascinating, but it can take time and be very expensive to go through the huge amount of  genome data.

We can help. for example, for our client who is searching to see if specific SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) is present or not, we leveraged the fact that medium-length k-mers of about 16 to 32 nucleotides can uniquely identify such loci in the genome sample even with inexact matching.

This technique, developed at MIT)and codenamed LAVA (Lightweight Assignment of Variant Alleles) was successfully reduced their AWS server cost by 40% and speed up their pipeline by a factor of 6.

With RAIN RFID, the technology allows multiple readers to see each tag, which looks like a simple paper label, to be read from multiple angles a few hundred times a second, which will then allow edge ML models deployed on those readers to determine the location of that tag in a cartesian (x.y) map.

See the demonstration on how the system follows the movement of assets in real time, never having a lag more than 2 or 3 seconds with an accuracy with in one to two feet.

We have helped dozens of projects achieve such results with minimum cost and time investments, and we are happy to do the same for you!.

The processing of insurance claims is a particular challenge for healthcare payor organizations. On the one hand, they need to be done as fast as possible, and on the other hand, they need to be done with accuracy and due diligence, which takes time.

Our client uses our system to automatically connect to hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and radiology centers and get evidence on the claim submitted about the patient, then the model uses QA techniques to see if the claim agrees with the policy, in which case it is approved immediately. Otherwise the inconsistencies are forwarded to a referee specialist who works with the doctor to solve the problem and finalize the approval.
